Rental per m² up to 24 m²:              DKK 2.965

Rental per m² 25 m² & more:          DKK 2.640

Registration fee per stand:             DKK 2.675

Registration fee per co-exhibitor:  DDK 580

All prices are ex. Danish VAT.

This is included:

Stand walls against neighbors or on up to two sides if you have a island stand - Light: The general light in the hall - One power supply 1,5 kW - One high Café table & two bar stools - daily cleaning - WiFi - ePoint leadmanagement - Inclusion in the online catalog with: Company logo - Profile texts - Upload up to ten photos and one video 

Payment terms: 1. rate: 10.02.2025: Reg.fee + 50% of the stand rental

                                2. rate: 07.07.2025: Rest of the stand rental

The stands are constructed without canopies. Max building high is 2½ meters.

Tuesday, 9 September 08.00 - 22.00 - Exhibitors preparing their stands

Wednesday, 10 September 09.00 - 16.00 - Open for trade visitors

Thursday, 11 September 09.00 - 16.00 - Open for trade visitors

Thursday, 11 September 16.00 - 23.00 - Exhibitors pack up and move out

Exhibitors can enter the exhibition hall from 08.00 o'clock during the two days the fair takes place. And all exhibitors have to be out before midnight the last day when the breakdown takes place.

The LabDays Aarhus 2025 will take place at the same venue as the last five time, to by more precise at Aarhus Congress Center, located right beside ARoS and Aarhus Musichouse in the center of Aarhus. A part of the venue contains the hotel Radisson Blu Aarhus. All exhibitors and visitors to LabDays Aarhus is offered a special price, if you book your room directly on the menu button below. So click on the menu button and get directly to the Radisson bookingssystem, where the "special price code LABD2025" already are in the system.
