GDPR

This is how we treat your data safely

Briefly about our GDPR policy

In connection with your visitor registration, you provide us with information about your name, title, email address, company name and phone no.

We use the information for statistical purposes, so that we can improve the trade fair and provide the exhibitors with statistics on the profile of the trade visitors, which industries they come from, etc. (only in the form of overall figures of visitors).

In addition, we allow ourselves to send you as visitor a couple of electronic invitations via email, when we make the next LabDays fair one or two years later.

These invitations can at any time be unsubscribed.

We also want to inform you that we have cookies on this website - but only statistical cookies, so that we can see where the traffic is coming from (to this website).

Finally, we would also like to inform you that some of our exhibitors can scan/read the QR code on your visitor badge and thus gain access to the information you have provided in connection with your registration. If you can’t accept this, you just need to say so when you visit the stand in question.

Our database is managed by our IT subcontractor, Metria Management Systemer ApS.

In other words, the database is on their server. But it is only ourselves, J.B. Exhibitions ApS, which has access to the database.

We save the information for two years after the fair.

If you want the information you provide, when you register as a visitor, to be deleted immediately after the fair you visit, you can contact us by email at jesper.andahl@gmail.com.

We will then remove your data from the database.
