You can choose between a Turnkey stand or a Normal stand.

Turnkey stand - Stand rental price:

2.295 DDK per m²

As the last time in 2018, we have made a special stand area for stands that are 16 m² or less (smallest stand is 4 m²), to give smaller exhibitors an opportunity to profile themselves even better. The area is marked in blue on the enclosed stand plan - CLICK HERE to see the floor plan.

The Stand rental for Turnkey stands include the following:

Stand walls against neighbors (2½ m. White walls) - Island stands can have walls on up to 2 sides of the stand

Lighting: 2 ceiling spots for every 12 m²

One power supply on 1.5 kW

Daily cleaning of the stand

One round Café table (white) for every 12 m²

Two Café chairs for every 12 m²

One ePoint connection (so you can scanne visitor badges at your booth)

Navy blue carpet in the stand

WiFi

Inclusion in the online catalog incl. two profile text, as well as the online package consisting your company logo in the online catalog, uploading up to 10 photos and a video on your page in the online catalog

All stands in the blue Turnkey stand area must use the our standard stand construction and the stands will be built without canopy.

Normal stands - Stand rental price:

Under 32 m²        2.080 DDK per m²

32 - 44 m²             1.975  DDK per m²

44 m² or more    1.775 DDK per m²

Smallest stand size is 4 m² (2x2 m).

The Stand rental for Normal stands include the following:

Inclusion in the online catalog with company contact details and two profile text. For only 895 DDK you can puche our online packet so you also have logo, photos and a video on your site in the catalog.

Exhibitors with "normal stands" can choose whether you want to use our the standard wall construction, or if you want to use your own stand construction. The maximum construction height is 2.5 meters; one can get an

dispensation for this, provided that one's immediate neighbors accept the construction over the 2.5 m.

Registration fee - Turnkey and Normal stands:

Registration fee per co-exhibitor 498 DDK*

The Øksne hall is our supplier of the stand construction:

Our stand construction supplier is the technical department in the venue (the Øksne hall). Some months before the start of the fair, we will send you a stand plan where you can see where the stand walls are located in your stand. If you need exstra stand walls, your can order this from the Øksne hall. Some months before the fair you will receive informations from the technical department at the Øksne hall. 

Our technical supplier is also the Øksne hall (their technical department). So if you need exstra electric power, light spots, chairs and such, you can order this from the technical department in the Øksne hall. Informations about how to order will be send to your some months before the start of the fair. This informations will also appear on this page later on.

Opening hours:

Monday 31th August: Build up of all the stands by Compass Fairs and the technical department in the Øksne hall

Tuesday 1th September: From 8.00 am to 12.00 pm the exhibitors "move in" and prepare their stands

Wednesday 2th September: From 9.00 am to 4.00 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the hall from 8.00 am)

Thursday 3th September: From 9.00 am to 4 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the hall from 8.00 am)

Thursday 3th September: From 4.00 pm to 12.00 pm the exhibitors move out

Payment terms: first rate monday 10th February (registration fee + 50% of the stand rental). Second rate monday 6th July (the rest)

All prices above is in danish currency and ex. VAT. Foreign exhibitors from other EU countries are not subject to danish VAT

Loggistics/goods handling

DSV can help you if your if you have to transport equipment/stand furniture to and from your stand at the Øksne hall. DSV can also help you to store empty goods during the fair. DSV make sure your goods is ready at your stand when you come. And they also make sure that your empty goods will be driven to your stand as soon as the fair close. And finaly they can transport all your equipment back to your company when to fair close. And remember that DSV is the only one that are allowed to drive with manned truck in the exhibition hall.
